Build in 1995 our conference centre offers for any kind of event, meeting or conference the adequate location and professional service! All conference rooms are air conditioned and equipped with the latest media technique. The individual settings including seating are flexible and ranges up to 270 persons. The town hall, the university and the Cottbus trade centre, situated directly at the hotel offer further and almost unlimited capacities for special events up to 3.000 people! Sky is the limit! Individual business centres and meeting points can be established for you in your conference area.

Food & Beverage

The variety of our restaurant Lynaris includes regional specialities as well as international dishes. Several regional ales and international wine complete the broad choice of the Lynaris. And no matter what you choose you will always enjoy a lovely view over the city. Seasonal and weekly offers from asparagus weeks to Christmas turkey as well as our well known Sunday family brunch provide a constant variation. The Lynaris is open all year around and is cooking for you until 22:00 hrs! You’ll never stay hungry with us! During summer the terrace with its rustic wooden benches offers a very interesting view over the famous Spreewaldkähne (rowing boats) while chilling out with some of our special beer! Gustav Klimt with his famous huge paintings has been the reason for naming our bar "Gustav’s Stuben". Snacks and smaller meals and a variety of regional draft beer are served tuesday until saturday from 18:00 - 01:00 hrs all year. In summer a small terrace in front of the bar offers is the perfect place to relax.

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
